How to request something

1. Send the request in writing. Email or message works — writing keeps everything tracked.
   • Include what you want changed, where it lives, and any photos or copy you want used.
2. We'll confirm scope and timing. If a request falls outside your current package, we'll tell you before any work starts.
3. You review before it goes live. Most edits are turned around quickly, larger projects get a timeline.
